The Monal Foundation has adopted the largest Government-run primary school in Sheikh Da Kot, Tehsil Mandi Faizabad, District Nankana. The school has a staff of 8 teachers with an enrolment of approx. 250 students.

The Monal Foundation provides school books and uniforms for winter and summer for all students, in addition to providing freshly cooked mid-day meal for all students and staff. These services are provided absolutely free of cost and this initiative has resulted in an increase not only in the number of enrolled students, but also in the number of students opting for secondary and higher education.
